Central Retail has constantly expanded its store network in Vietnam and built up a resilient portfolio with 3 key growth drivers - Food, Home & Entertainment and Property supported by multiple brands such as GO! Mall, GO! Hypermarket, Big C, Nguyen Kim, Lan Chi Mart, Robins, LookKool, Kubo, Hello Beauty and Supersports, aiming to be the central of life of every Vietnamese consumer.
JD:
Collaborate with Marketing team for in-depth market & competitors research to assist winning strategy development.
Build annual business plan with detailed budget for different ecommerce platforms
Develop O2O strategic plan to constantly optimize traffic acquisition, conversion rate and CLV (Customer lifetime value) over certain periods.
Develop digital plan and manage the execution to ensure cost effective and commercial goals of paid ads & SEO campaigns.
Lead the designing process of Automation Marketing flow and optimize conversion rate at each touchpoint
Design and optimize UX/ UI according to customers’ insight and brand guideline
Constantly evaluation to identify potential and risk to proactively take actions on adjustment
Ensure effective SEO & paid ads by constantly updating, sharing guideline & policies with all stakeholders and overseeing the collaboration between team members and Marketing team in producing brand & product contents.
Work with agencies to develop SEO strategic plan (Keyword strategy & Link building strategy) to secure top position in Google search’s result
Develop related policies consisting of but not limited to: Exchange & Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy…
Ensure current top payment methods are applicable to enhance user experience and conversion
Ensure all websites are legally registered with Ministry of Industry and Trade
Act as a key contact to work with Technical team/ vendor for all request from all internal departments, especially for sales/ orders/ inventory report extracting and product uploading/ listing…
Oversee the collaboration between team members and Merchandise team to ensure stock level at different ecommerce platforms.
Manage delivery agencies to achieve service level agreement & enhance customers experience.
Conduct training to Operation team to fulfill orders at different ecommerce platforms
Build and maintain excellent collaboration with affiliates, such as: AccessTrade, MasOffer, Adflex…
Build all related processes to ensure effective execution and collaboration
Ensue to recruit right team members in corresponding to business goals within budget. Build development plan for individual member with clear coaching and training plan.
Build and manage report systems to assist decision making process and strategy adjustment if necessary
Build and maintain good & professional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders
Ensure to achieve business goals within prescribed budget

Functional knowledge & experience:
Experience at developing & managing execution of business plan, digital plan for different Ecommere platforms
Excellent at operating Ecommerce business including of: website, market place, mobile app...
Master of tracking tools (Google Analytic, Google Search Console, Heatmap…) and deep understanding of SEO, paid ads (FB, Google, Tiktok, Zalo, SEM on market place…) and CDP platforms (Insider/ Tresure Data/ Moengage…)
Education: Bachelor and above in Marketing/ Business
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Ecom Manager - preferable with Health & Beauty & Non-food background/ Category management from well known Market Places, such as: Shopee, Lazada...
Language: Advance English in writing and speaking
Office skills: Proficient in MS office
Attitude:

+ Resourceful and able to work under high pressure
+ A great team member but able to work independently if required
