[HCM][Agency] IDEO Communications: Content Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability, leadership skills, and a high level of adaptability in the AI era.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop content directions and monthly content plans for clients across various industries.

  • Translate campaign objectives into effective content approaches and social plans.

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Account, and Design teams to ensure integrated communication.

2. Content Execution

  • Lead day-to-day content production across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Review and refine copywriting, captions, scripts, and content decks.

3. Campaign & IMC Implementation

  • Support the execution of IMC campaigns from planning to delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization solutions.

4. Influencer & Social Outreach

  • Work with KOLs, influencers, and creators for campaign execution.

  • Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and timeline management.

5. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor Content Executives and Copywriters.

  • Allocate workload and ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

6. AI Adoption & Innovation

  • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance productivity and content quality.

  • Explore new content formats, trends, and technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Content Manager or equivalent role.

  • Agency experience is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing social content and campaign execution.

Skills

  • Strong content planning and execution capabilities.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

  • Solid understanding of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and digital ecosystems.

  • Experience in team management and project coordination.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • AI fluent with practical experience using AI tools in daily work.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
