1. Job summary

As an Account Executive at DNA, one will be responsible for connecting the Client and Execution Team (internal and external) to deliver daily tasks towards the project’s requirements under the direct manager’s direction.

2. Responsibilities

• Receive tasks from the Client and debrief the Execution team clearly through oral and written communication skills
• Control tasks’ quality and present tasks well to the Client in order to meet the Client’s expectations on time
• Catch up latest trends, digital formats to input food for thought during brainstorming sessions and execution time
• Produce campaign reports under the line manager’s instruction
• Achieve assigned KPIs and escalate to the direct manager if any issues arise during execution time
• Handle contracting, invoicing, and other necessary paperwork with Clients and 3rd parties

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Communication field
• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communication is preferred, or have credits in a communication course

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Progressive learning attitude - always seek self-improvement and solutions to enhance project outcome; readily change for growth
• Proactive, honest, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working as a part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Be able to work under pressure and handle multitasking. Especially be available when needed.
