Job Overview

TBWAGroup Vietnam is looking for a Freelance Multimedia Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, AI-powered content creation, and digital craft.

In this role, you will work closely with our Creative team to develop engaging visual assets across social, digital, and integrated campaigns. Beyond graphic design, you'll be responsible for enhancing provided visual materials using AI tools, generating AI-powered video content, and editing video assets into polished deliverables for clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
• Enhance and retouch client-provided images using AI tools and creative techniques to elevate visual quality.
• Create AI-generated visual content, including static images and AI-powered video assets.
• Edit and assemble video content using existing footage, motion graphics, and supplied materials.
• Localize global or regional creative assets by adapting layouts and replacing English content with Vietnamese copy while maintaining design consistency.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other creative team members to execute campaign ideas.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain high creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Support new business pitches and internal creative initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital, social, and video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create AI-enhanced visuals and generate video content using AI workflows.
• Strong video editing skills with a good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social-first content formats.
• Experience adapting and localizing existing creative assets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Agency experience is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with emerging AI creative workflows and tools.
