Mô tả Công việc

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Previous work experience must be demonstrated as a Senior Account Executive or candidate who is able to meet the Senior Account Executive requirements above.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Solid industry experience (Influencer Marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can lead the group of senior and junior members.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines, oversee day-to-day operation, monitor team performance and report on metrics.
