JOB DESCRIPTION - SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

About us:

IRisCreative (IR) is a creative agency specializing in automotive and international brands in Vietnam. We work with leading & inspiration brands such as Bentley, GAZ, Suzuki 4W, Suzuki 2W, MG, Michelin, BFGoodrich, 3M, GS Battery, Thiên Long, Hitachi, Earth Corporation, KIRA, Scentury Concept, KIDO and many more.

Location: Tan Dinh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: 3–6 months. Review after 3 months.

Report to: Social Media Executive (Social Department)

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about social media, digital trends, and online communities.

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Interest in automotive, lifestyle, or youth culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support content posting and community management across social media platforms.

• Assist in writing captions, propose visual ideas and adapting content formats.

• Monitor social listening, tracking negative and seeding management.

• Help coordinate KOL/influencer and seeding activities.

• Monitor social media trends and share relevant insights.

• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to build a career in social media are welcome.

• Specializations include communications, public relations, journalism, and international relations.

• Understanding of social media platforms and social content creation.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good teamwork.

• Work well under pressure & detail-oriented.

• Fluent in English.
