Job Description:
If you are passionate about the digital advertising landscape and have a knack for strategic growth, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:

Sell advertising traffic on Meta, TikTok, Google and other media platforms;

Develop business development strategies based on departmental goals; focus on acquiring clients in e-commerce, gaming, APP, and leisure and entertainment industries, maintain good client relationships, and follow up on the entire process from new client onboarding to gradual growth;

Provide comprehensive solutions based on clients' actual overseas business development situations and needs to facilitate cooperation;

Manage risk control access, payment terms, prepaid cooperation, collection, and other related matters for corresponding clients;

Monitor the latest market trends and client needs, analyze industry development trends, and provide effective suggestions for team growth;

Participate in establishing, exploring, and optimizing mechanisms for new pilot projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in overseas advertising promotion, and fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

Have a solid understanding of the overseas advertising industry; candidates with client resources in the consumer, leisure and entertainment, or gaming industries are preferred;

Possess excellent business negotiation skills, strong information-gathering abilities, and the flexibility to manage client relationships;

Demonstrate strong stress tolerance and proactive learning ability; eager to grow quickly; adaptable to business trips with moderate frequency;

Strong execution ability and a sense of ownership.
