ROLE PURPOSE

Lead Client Partnership function to maximize long-term value from existing clients by driving account growth, ensuring service excellence and building a stronger, healthier business operation over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Growth & Account Management

• Own overall health and growth of existing client portfolio.
• Drive growth across:
• • Retention and renewal
  • Upsell opportunities
  • Strategic account development.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead and coach Client Partnership team to strengthen account ownership, business capability and execution quality
• Support team in handling complex client situations and critical business cases.

3. Service Quality & Delivery Management

• Ensure consistently strong service quality across all managed accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain execution quality
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential business risks.

4. Process & Operational Improvement

• Continuously improve service standards, internal processes and team effectiveness to support sustainable business growth.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience

• 10+ years in Client Service, Account Management, Customer Success or related client-facing commercial roles
• At least 4  years of team management experience
• Strong track record managing key accounts and growing revenue from existing clients
• Experience working in fast-moving, service-driven or consulting environments.

2. Capabilities & Mindset

• Strong ownership and high standards for quality work
• Strong business mindset beyond day-to-day client management
• Comfortable handling complexity, ambiguity and cross-team challenges
• Strong problem-solving ability with practical execution focus
• Naturally driven to improve process, service quality and team capability
