WHO YOU ARE

You are passionate about storytelling and understand how content shapes brand perception. You enjoy turning information into engaging stories, have strong writing skills, and are interested in both content marketing and public relations.

At IRisCreative, you'll work with automotive, luxury, and lifestyle brands to create meaningful content across multiple channels. We're looking for someone who is curious, responsible, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic agency environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Write and edit PR articles, press releases, website content, social media content, and branded storytelling pieces.

• Develop content outlines and scripts for review videos, social media videos, product showcases, and campaign films.

• Support creative concept development for video productions, commercials, and branded content projects.

• Translate and adapt press releases, product information, and marketing materials from English to Vietnamese while maintaining brand tone and messaging.

• Support content localization for global and regional campaigns to suit the Vietnamese market.

• Research industry trends, market insights, and audience behavior to support content planning.

• Work closely with strategists, designers, account teams, and external partners to execute campaigns.

• Monitor media coverage, online conversations, and campaign performance.

• Support social listening and media monitoring activities to track brand sentiment and audience discussions.

• Analyze audience feedback, sentiment, and key content metrics to identify actionable insights and content opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 1-2 years of experience in Content Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, International Relation or related fields.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills in Vietnamese & English.

• Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to translate and adapt content naturally for local audiences.

• Experience writing PR articles, press releases, video scripts, review scripts, or branded content.

• Ability to transform technical product information into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly content.

• Basic understanding of media monitoring, social listening, and content performance metrics.

• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Interest in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or technology brands is a strong advantage.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

• Monthly salary from VND 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 Gross, depending on experience and qualifications.
