Pexple is looking for a Social Operation Executive who is ready to work with famous people from nano Influencers to A class celebrities. The Social Operation Executive will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating influencers (KOLs) based on brand briefs. This role will work closely with the account management team to ensure that influencer campaigns are executed smoothly and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Influencer Sourcing: Identify and select suitable KOLs based on brand briefs and campaign objectives.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and align influencer selections accordingly.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact for KOLs, managing all communications related to campaign execution, including briefings, content approvals, and feedback.
• Content Review & Approval: Ensure that all influencer content aligns with the brand’s guidelines and meets the campaign's objectives before it goes live.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to influencer content, contracts, or deliverables in a timely manner.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing to provide valuable insights to the team.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in using influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
