Job summary

The Strategic Planner is responsible for developing and leading strategic direction across projects, from crafting Creative Briefs to proposing communication solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective cross-team collaboration to ensure consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Develop & deliver a sharp, clear & concise strategy for internal teams

• Independently handle projects from A – Z and deliver quality, must be sharp, concise & it reflects senior experience in logical & strategic thinking. (40%).
• Play a role as a persuader to convince & debate with internal teams in a creative briefing session to deliver the strategy & solve problems to make sure all teams are all the same page. (40%)
• Work with accounts to identify the big picture & vision for clients which aligns & contribute for their business objectives to get opportunities offering more services to current clients. (20%)

2. Directly work & consult for clients in terms of communication strategy

• In a briefing session, the ability to clarify the client's brief by asking good & smart questions to understand business objectives, the client’s needs, challenges & opportunities to tap in. (50%)
• In the briefing session, the ability to manage the client’s expectations and deliverables. (20%) In presentation day, the support team member to get approval from the client for strategy & creative ideas.
• Need to prepare for tough questions from clients. (30%)

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Economics, Marketing or Professional Communication is a big advantage.
• 2 years of actual experience in the Digital Marketing field. 1 year of working experience in similar positions.

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Progressive learning attitude - always seek self-improvement and solutions to enhance project outcome; readily change for growth
• Ability to multitask: working on multiple projects & changing direction quickly.
• Deep understanding of communication/branding, digital & social media platforms
• Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication
• Ability to work under-pressure environment
