PEXPLE cần tuyển vị trí Senior Account Executive làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương từ 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND.

Mô tả Công việc

• Working directly with client.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Search and develop new marketing tools following market trends.
• Implementing the project, ensuring to meet the project's KPI.
• Identifying industry trends (Influencer Marketing).
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Ability to propose, quote on marketing strategies for clients.
• Measure the effectiveness of your communication channels and strategies to make the right adjustments.
• Carry out proper paperwork during project implementation.
• Report preparation (depending on customer requirements / manager requirements).

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years exp on similar role or position.
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Excellent in listening, presenting, communicating and negotiating, fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...).
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Be proactive, responsibility, ability to working under pressure, ready to learn new things, careful, follow-up task.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of content platforms & social networks.
• Have knowledge about KOLs (Celebrities, Influencers, Hot Fanpage, Youtuber, Tiktoker...).
• Ability to prepare effective Influencer marketing proposals / strategies for customers.
• Plus if you have ability to mentoring / leading / coaching.
• Plus if you have experience working in agency.
• Plus if you have personal network (both Agency and Client).
