We are developing in-house AI and robotics systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, Agentic AI, Indoor Autonomy, etc.) to build the next generation of self-driving commerce infrastructure, combining physical automation (drones, sensors) and intelligent software (PlatformDTC).

Job Description:

End-to-End Product Testing: Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing for PlatformDTC, including the Web Application, admin dashboard, AI Agents, and data integration pipelines.
Test Documentation & Collaboration: Analyze product requirements, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers to design clear Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Matrices.
Core QA Methodologies: Execute Functional Testing, UI/UX Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing to ensure software stability and performance.
API Testing & Third-Party Integrations: Perform API testing (using Postman/Insomnia) to validate integrations with third-party services (Stripe/PayPal payment gateways, Meta/Google Ads platforms) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Claude.
AI Agent Validation: Evaluate and verify the business logic, accuracy, and deterministic behaviors of AI Agents during automated tasks (e.g., content generation, customer support bots, and automated ad budget optimization).
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software bugs on management tools (Jira/Trello), collaborating with developers to monitor progress until full resolution.
UX & Quality Advocacy: Proactively contribute feedback to optimize user experience (UX) and overall product quality prior to each production release.

Job Requirements:

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Tester for Web Applications, SaaS platforms, or E-commerce ecosystems.
Test Case Design: Proven ability to draft detailed Test Cases with strong coverage, especially for complex scenarios and edge cases.
API Testing: Proficient in API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
E-commerce Domain Knowledge: Solid logical thinking with a deep understanding of standard E-commerce workflows (Checkout, Payment Gateways, Cart Management, and Order Tracking).
AI & Automation (Preferred):

Prior experience or familiarity with systems integrated with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or workflow automation tools is a strong plus.
Experience with Automation Testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) is highly advantageous.

Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and possessing a strong sense of ownership over product quality.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Developers and AI Engineers.
Language: Strong proficiency in reading and understanding English technical documentation (as the product serves a global market).
