2. About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of strategic communications planning within a creative and fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with experienced planners to support the development and execution of communication strategies for the company and a variety of clients.

3. Role and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and cross-platform marketing projects to enhance Project Pluto’s brand expertise and image.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality long and short-form content, including thought leadership articles, social media copy, video scripts, and email marketing campaigns that align with Project Pluto’s and clients’ voice.

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative, Partnership, Operations, and Account teams to transform complex information into compelling, visually driven marketing materials, including concept proposals and mockups.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to propose innovative content angles. Track, manage, and generate weekly reports on content metrics (engagement, reach) to optimize performance continuously.

• Editorial Quality Control: Proofread all content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment before production and publishing.

Stretch Opportunities:

• Take ownership of specific content campaigns or pillars, managing them from conceptualization to execution.

• Analyze the impact of content performance on business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Present content strategy updates and campaign results to the internal team.

• Propose new ideas for content formats or internal workflow improvements.

• Shadow senior team members in client-facing interactions to observe content strategy integration in broader communication plans.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work, particularly campaign messaging and storytelling examples, is highly desirable.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong research capabilities, with experience gathering information from diverse sources and synthesizing findings. An understanding of how research findings can inform communication strategies is highly desirable. Experience presenting research findings or project updates to a team is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and present information clearly, including creating reports and presentations.

• Proven skills in creating engaging presentations, with a strong understanding of effective presentation layout and design.

• Proficiency in Google Suites, Canva, and other productivity and content creation applications.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including assisting with scheduling, note-taking, and project tracking.

• Exceptional attention to detail, including strong grammar, spelling, and consistency skills when reviewing content.

• A genuine interest in strategic communications and a desire to learn within a fast-paced, creative agency.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of sustainability and social impact communication best practices is a plus.
