Campaign Marketers play a central role in driving the growth of BAEMIN. With our unique in-house marketing structure, you will get a chance to develop as a full stack marketer: develop both a depth in campaign management and a width in other marketing fields of branding, media planning and user experience design.

JD:

  • Lead the team of Merchant Business Development in Hanoi, ensure the role and deliveries KPI target of the team
  • Set-up the goal, plan, resources, and working flows for the team align with Dept. strategy and target;
  • Acquire new restaurant partners, onboard them to BAEMIN app
  • Proactively identify acquisition opportunities, closely collaborate with Sales Teams, Operation Team and Marketing Dept. to plan, execute
  • Provide cross-teams coordination within Merchant Dept. and with other stakeholders, to drive the acquisition and innovative initiatives
  • Support other tasks in Merchant Department and company

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • Bachelor of Business, Marketing or related majors
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales, eCommerce Operations
  • Management experience, team up to 6 people, is a must
  • Experience in e-Commerce is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skill, problem-solving, commercial sense, and B2B sales/account management skills
  • Data-driven, hard-working, result-oriented, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills.
