Campaign Marketers play a central role in driving the growth of BAEMIN. With our unique in-house marketing structure, you will get a chance to develop as a full stack marketer: develop both a depth in campaign management and a width in other marketing fields of branding, media planning and user experience design.

JD:

 Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product integrity.

 Maintaining and updating supplier information, such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

 Strive to reduce cost and increase productivity across all product lines, with keen sense of budget.

 Understand different materials and production methods.

 Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

 Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to production lines to enter new markets or expand existing territories.

 Discover, select, and negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements, and vendor management.

 A high degree of technical knowledge balanced with creative ability and a hands-on approach.

 Problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be detail-oriented.

 Improve the design of existing products.

 Working well with many different departments and external suppliers.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and management of staff.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

 5+ years’ experience in production

 Bachelor’s degree required

 Proven experience as production director

 In-depth knowledge of production management

 Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations

 Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

 Excellent project management skills

 Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.

 Outstanding communication ability

 Creative thinking
