ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Sales Admin who is responsible for internal process implementation & paperwork to ensure smooth connection between different departments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Process Implementation (80%)

• Assist Account team, Sales Admin in preparing quotations and following progress of the invoices, payment contracts.
• Input/Update data into system and provide to Account team.
• Support Sales Admin to create and modify documents, weekly or monthly reports. Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on media (influencers) buying process.

Others (20%)

• Support composing & organizing internal activity.
• Other tasks requested by Line Manager.

Report to: Sales Admin

Promotion: Can be promoted to Senior Sales Admin

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.

Skill:

• Expert in MS Excel, Word, having a business mindset and a head for numbers and data.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and writing skills) is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 6-month working experience with the same role

Mindset/Attitude:

• Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
• Cautious, detail-oriented, and responsible.
