JD:

Brand Planning & Development

Understand brand direction, consumer insights and be able to propose different relevant insights based on given brand direction

Understand the market, sales nature, products and business requirement to develop the brand plan and communication approach & frameworks to answer required objective and KPIs.

Be able translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies & activities and ensure all the application around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Activities Implementation & Management

Manage implementation of brand initiatives, activities, customer promotion and brand management (brand identity usage, OOH and signage management)

work with creative and content team to answer different passion points that can motivate the target audience to take action based on the approved communication approach & frameworks

Ensure to meet performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

Ensure to update on report performance of all activities including ROI & KPIs

Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

Monitor brand stories and consumer reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend

Brand registration, right and usage management and tracking: Ensure all the application of brand identity is proper used among internal stakeholders, working with 3rd party to keep update on mis-usage brand identity tracking and management.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

At least 5 year of experience working in multi-national Marketing Dept. or Advertising Agencies, with at least 3 years in brand role

Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Proven ability to develop brand strategies with strong logical thinking and deep understanding of different communication approaches to answer different objectives from both on social, digital and offline activities.

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and brand direction

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Outstanding communication skills

Ability to communicate & manage the conversation with all levels of an organization comfortably.

Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices, especially on social channels

Degree in marketing or a related field
