Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue growth through enabling sales with sponsorship packages by putting together TikTok standard, non-standard ads resources/placements, TikTok creator resources, etc.
• Deliver detailed-creating of pitching decks and customized rate cards as well as client communications when necessary;

Responsible for project-related trainings and presentations both internally and externally;

• Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work supports as needed.
• Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintaining good client relationships;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working process;
• Responsible for managing projects in high-level, pushing and pulling multi-processes into the projects to deliver the final solution.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• 5+years of professional and team management experience in media, technology or consulting companies;
• Experience working with creators and developing branded creator content preferred;
• Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in SEA;
• Excellent communication skills in person, over email and on the phone;
• Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
• Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
• Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners;
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
