JD:

Reporting to Head of PR, you will be responsible for:

• Work with regional PR and local business teams to set communications strategy and goals, with the objective of enhancing and protecting Lazada’s brand and reputation in Vietnam.

• Develop & execute multi-channel communications plan for Lazada Vietnam in both Corporate & Consumer Branding, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding while appealing to local cultural nuances.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media (media bosses & key reporter), government, KOLs, and other related partners to promote Lazada ecommerce platform, technology and services.

• Manage local announcements and media activities, including press conference, press releases, Q&As, media pitches, media trip, etc.

• Work closely with relevant internal teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Seller, Logistics, etc.) to create good PR angles for Lazada Vietnam.

• Monitor potential issues and manage crisis communications.

• Manage agencies and other resources to support campaign execution.

• Assist to any assignment given by Head of PR

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

• At least 5 years’ experience in PR management

• Experience in driving PR in social media and crisis management

• A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various PR channels

• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently

• Proven track record of corporate and relationship management (both internal and external)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

• Bachelor's degree required

• Fluent Vietnamese and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
