JOB SUMMARY

As an Account Executive at DNA, one will be responsible for connecting Client and Execution Team (internal and external) to deliver daily tasks toward the project’s requirements under direct manager’s direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive tasks from Client and debrief to Execution team clearly through oral and written communication skills
• Control tasks’ quality and well present tasks to Client in order to meet Client’s expectations on time
• Catch up latest trends, digital formats to input food for thought during brainstorming sessions and execution time
• Produce campaign reports under line manager’s instruction
• Achieve assigned KPIs and escalate to direct manager if any issues during execution time
• Handle contracting, invoicing and other necessary paperwork with Clients and 3rd parties

PORTRAIT OF A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE

1. Experience & Knowledge

• At least 2-years working experience in Communication field
• Graduated with Bachelor of Marketing/ PR/ Communication is preferred or have credits of communication course

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Proactive, honest and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working as a part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Be able to work under pressure and handle multitasking. Especially be available when needed.
