We are looking for a Sales Admin Intern.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Account team, Sales Admin in preparing quotations and following progress of the invoices, payment contracts.
• Input/Update data into system and provide to Account team.
• Support Sales Admin to create and modify documents, weekly or monthly reports. Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on media (influencers) buying process.
• Support composing & organizing internal activity.
• Other tasks requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field.
• Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
• Expert in MS Excel, Word, having a business mindset and a head for numbers and data.
• Cautious, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Be trusted, adaptable and supportive attitude.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and writing skills) is a plus.
• Understanding of media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.
