The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.

About this job

This position requires strong knowledge and understanding on connection between video platform and brands, strategic thoughts of empowering marketing tactics for brands as well as sensation of local, regional and global marketing trends. The main scope of this position is delivering proper marketing solutions to all partners of TikTok.

This role is based in Vietnam and is part of SEA Business Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keenly attuned to pop culture & trends in SEA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop industry and product narratives to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers
  • Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and inform future proposals
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives including pitch deck development, budget and channel allocation and audience development
  • Partner with sales to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns
  • Organise and conduct sales training & workshops to uplift sales competencies
  • Prepare reports used by sales teams for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
  • Participate in client communication and provide solutions recommendations with the sales team
  • Work with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing projects

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in digital media and marketing at an agency, publisher, technology platform, or multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, mobile, social landscape in SEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Knowledge of media syndicated research, media billing and ad servers.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over email and on the phone.
  • Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
  • Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
  • Interest in social issues, breaking news, and popular trends in SEA, a good understanding of the pop culture, a sense for trends and virality
