JD: • Support end-to-end Lazada Sponsored Solutions’ Communications and Education • Responsible for creation, communication and seller training of Lazada Sponsored Solutions, working closely with Communication & Education Lead. • Support on weekly, monthly & campaign mass communication • Support on developing educational materials for internal and external teams • Support on any seller engagement initiatives • Execute day to day seller support and issue resolution • Work closely with Business Development team to identify the needs of sellers and meet financial KPI targets. • Support any communication and education initiatives

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: • A local Vietnamese with good English comprehension level • Have experience in communication, consultant or related field is preferred • Decent communication and presentation skill • Possess the characteristics of diligence, patient, proactive and supportive • Basic knowledge of MS Office
