[HCM] NK Media Central: Senior Partnership Executive Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with media partners
  • Search, find and build relationships with major media partners (TV shows, Streaming platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, press, radio, etc).
  • Maintain strong, long - term relationships, organize regular meetings to update and strengthen cooperation.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms to ensure win - win relationships.
  • Create sponsorship packages
  • Design and create flexible sponsorship packages namely logo placement and advertising during program, co-branded content, or exclusive broadcasting rights.
  • Evaluate media value of each package through reach, impressions, and target audience’s engagement.
  • Customize sponsorship packages based on brands or partners actual needs like music event sponsorship, film, gameshow sponsorship, etc)
  • Communicate and collaborate with Brands and partners
  • Communicate with brands (FMCG, technologies, fashion, etc) to meet brand awareness, lead generation, product placement) and propose suitable sponsorship packages.
  • Coordinate with media partners to implement sponsorship campaigns (integrated brand product in film, TV show, etc)
  • Ensure alignment between brand aspirations and media partner capabilities.
  • Manage and supervise the contract
  • Draft and negotiate sponsorship contracts, including payment term, benefits, and contact duration.
  • Supervise sponsorship campaign execution process to ensure deliverables for brands and partners.
  • Handle arising issues and propose timely solutions.
  • Effective analysis and reports
  • Collect data from media partners (viewership, social media metrics, audience engagement) to evaluate sponsorship package effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports for brands and internal, including ROI, reach, and other related metrics.
  • Recommend improvements for future sponsorship campaigns based on analysis results.
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Research media trends (livestream, short, VR, etc) to propose creative collaborations.
  • Expand partners network by attending media events (media conferences, film festivals) and get in touch with potential partners.
  • Look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell sponsorship packages to existing partners.
  • Support internal team
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate sponsorship packages into company strategies.
  • Work with content teams to ensure quality and feasibility of collaborative campaigns.
  • Report to BoD on partnership progress and contribution to revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: At least 3 – 5 years of experience in one or more of following areas: Partnership, B2B, Business Development
  • PREFERABLY in the media, entertainment, and advertising industry.
  • Skill:
  • Strong negotiation skill: Proficient in negotiating contracts and building long – term relationships with major partners.
  • Deep understanding of the media market: Knowledge of media channels (TV, digital, OTT), content trends, and media sponsorship pricing.
  • Strong communication skill: Ability to work effectively with multiple parties (brands, partners, internal); fluent English communication is a big advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data: Analyze and present media metrics (rating, impressions, CPM) to convince partners and brands.
  • Creative skill: Come up with unique sponsorship ideas (integrating brands into film, interactive mini - game).
  • Project management: Organize and monitor multiple collaborations simultaneously without interruption.
