The (Senior) Account Executive plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, project excellence, and support business growth in a fast-moving and growing boutique agency. This role is designed for a proactive & disciplined executor who can take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from the first brief to the growth of the total account.

You are the vital link between client expectations and creative output, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards of excellence, on time and every time.

The ideal candidate

• At least 1-year experience in the professional client relationship management, preferrably within advertising, marketing or creative agencies. Experience in IMC scale projects is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and management skills. Comfortable working with evolving processes and under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and genuinely passionate about building brands and growing with the agency.
