As an Art Director at ICC, you will play a key role in shaping campaigns from concept to execution, leading visual thinking while collaborating closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and clients.

What You'll Do

1. Lead Creative Development

• Develop compelling visual concepts for integrated campaigns, branding, digital, social, and experiential projects.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Copywriting, and Creative teams to transform business insights into impactful creative ideas.
• Ensure creative work aligns with strategic objectives while pushing for originality and excellence.

2. Drive Art Direction

• Define the visual direction for campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create mood boards, visual systems, key visuals, and presentation materials.
• Maintain consistency and quality throughout every stage of the creative process.
• Inspire the team with strong visual references, emerging trends, and innovative approaches.

3. Lead and Mentor the Design Team

• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to designers.
• Guide junior team members in developing their conceptual thinking and craft.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.

4. Collaborate with Clients and Production Partners

• Present creative concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Work closely with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, developers, and production partners to ensure high-quality execution.
• Supervise production from pre-production through final delivery.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

What We're Looking For

• 4–6+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies.
• Previous experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate strategic insights into engaging visual ideas.
• Excellent design craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns and brand identity systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous learning.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in branding and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Motion design, 3D, or AI-assisted creative workflow skills.
• Experience managing photo shoots, video production, or TVC production.
• Recognition from local or international creative award shows.
