JD:
This role will evaluate current business performance, form user growth strategies, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute/refine these strategies, with the end goal of growing ZaloPay user base. Examples of projects include exploring new use cases for ZaloPay, creating user acquisition strategies for current use cases/key merchants, and developing new promotion schemes such as loyalty program
What will you do?
Understand and assess company’s current user growth performance
Construct forecast and analytical models to advocate for resources needed to meet user growth target
Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
Identify current problems/ gaps/ opportunities in company’s growth strategy
Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to validate and/ or improve the proposed solution. Quantitative research might include creating financial models and market sizing exercises. Qualitative research might include performing market research and collecting business intelligence/ best practices of local competitors and global e-wallets
Develop a plan to implement the recommended solution
Advocate recommended strategies to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
Work with Growth team to follow-up the launched strategy/ plan in the execution phase and make improvement to drive growth
