JD: Our SAEs' ability to communicate with individuals from all walks of life makes them expert trouble-shooters. They are the agency's neural centres responsible for seamless delivery of projects. Excellent planners, they anticipate challenges solving them with a flawless plan of action. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Discuss and identify plans of action for projects Work closely the wider consortium for resource planning Streamline resources for effective project delivery Co-ordinate with various departments Prepare costings and budget reports for upper management Work with external partners to manage project costs Monitor multiple projects simultaneously Set project delivery milestones

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1-2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field Possess strong project management skills Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately Understanding of branding and communications preferred Microsoft office proficiency Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
