BlueR is the first production house in Vietnam to utilize the complete A-to-Z production pipeline in-house from pre to post, starting from screenwriting, storyboard, 2D, 3D, VFX, video editing, color grading, sound editing to render the final piece.

In BlueR, our 2D/3D artists create ideas & concepts with state-of-the-art quality, based on which our VFX team apply the latest visual effect technology enough to push the Vietnamese video to the global spotlight. Not to mention BlueR creative team can deliver original, singular yet practical ideas & concepts ready to blow audiences’ minds away.

BlueR also owns a six-story studio, a collection of camera & equipment which enable shooting flexibly anywhere, for any cause. Thanks to which, BlueR earns independence in video production, no outsource supplier required in any process.

JD:

 Presenting campaign ideas and costs to Clients.

 To negotiate payment terms with debtors and their representatives for rental house

 Striving to understand client's goals, and then organize the creative team and administrative staff to help them produce effective campaigns

 Attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions

 Negotiating with Clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.

 Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress.

 Keeping in contact with the Client at all stages of the campaign.

 Managing the account's budget and invoicing the Clients.

 Monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports

 At all times to provide a professional, courteous and helpful customer focussed service

 Making 'pitches' to win new business.

 Handling three or four non-competing accounts at the same time.

 Weekly, monthly report to Account Manager the business activities.

 Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts.

 Targets potential advertising clients and develops relationships in order to acquire new

 advertising accounts.

 To support the Account Manager in undertaking an efficient arrears recovery role negotiating payment terms with clients and their representatives

Skills and Experiences

 Experience in: advertising, marketing, communication and media, statistics or operational research

 Good spoken and written communication, both in Vietnamese and English.

 Strong presentation and negotiation skills

 Confident, tact and persuasive

 Good interpersonal skills and 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and clients

 Ability to effectively work on multiple projects in the fast paced environment by prioritizing in order to meet key deadlines and schedules

 High stamina and ability to work long hours and handle pressure

 Good organization and time management skills

 Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets

 Computer literacy

Education/Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree of Business, Marketing or related major

Time Frame

The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. , Monday to Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands. Depend on the projects, flexible time options, Account executive has right to go out for looking for and meeting Clients after inform to the Supervisor and HR department.

Time frames are quite fluid in the film industry and often are highly dependent on funding, sometimes it may require working long hours, late nights and weekend to meet deadlines.
