JD: Responsibilities: • Lead performance planning, monitoring and steering of the marketing function across all marketing channels for Lazada Vietnam • Manage Lazada’s performance marketing budget and lead the budget allocation and target-setting processes to achieve company’s KPIs o High level of autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders with the ability to have direct impact on the company’s performance • Lead a broad spectrum of key analyses and processes, working closely with various internal stakeholders to improve marketing operations. Examples include: o BI & data science teams: user segmentation, profiling, customer lifetime value o Security team: fraud patterns, detection and performance impact • Overall marketing lead on product and data requirements o Product : working with various sub-teams on strategic initiatives that require product support and prioritize on behalf of Online Marketing function based on company’s strategy and business impact o Data: working closely with Data PM to design the logics and analysis required to support business operations and decision making • Other strategic projects and initiatives assigned by Head of Online MarketingYêu cầu Tuyển dụng
To succeed in the role, the candidate should ideally have: • At least 5 years of work experience in analytics, performance marketing, consulting, investment banking or other quantitative positions • Strong drive to make an impact at what you do, highly motivated and proactive • Sharp critical thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills • Excellent business acumen with data-driven approach • Advanced usage of MS Excel is a plus • Strong communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams • Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple and complex projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment • Fluency in English is requiredLưu ý khi nộp hồ sơ
