We are the leading company in Vietnam beverage market, offering consumers a wide range of enjoyable and healthy products, which stand for quality and are respected household names like Pepsi, 7Up, Aquafina, Oolong Tea+ Plus,... JD: Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop & coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, according to Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development, all the way to communicating it to sales force (Thematic campaigns, grassroots, promotions…) Coordinate the development of work by local advertising & promotional agencies, as well as adaptation of PBI Global & BU Regional campaigns Recommend & adapt marketing best practices from PBI Global & BU Regional initiatives Recommend & coordinate the execution of market research Support Marketing Director in related projects as per request. Trade and Channel Development Co-develop with the Trade Marketing organization, channel-specific programs and POSM support Innovation Lead the strategic discussions & project management around product innovation Recommend & support the development of local packaging innovation

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

University Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG Have good understanding and experiences in consumer orientation Confident with operating experiences in marketing plan Good at negotiation, communication and presentation skill Good analytical, strategic thinking for brand management Potential leadership skill with initiatives to lead brand team
