JD: Manage a portfolio of network partners, including VIP partners, across various content verticals Develop strong, professional relationships with our partners and provide exemplary support for their needs and concerns Help partners develop their presence online on YouTube and other platforms Explore mutual collaboration opportunities between partners in the same content category (Beauty and Fashion, Gaming, Entertainment, etc.) Responsible for partner retention targets, including VIP partner retention Track, measure and analyze retention metrics for our partners and VIPs Work collaboratively with BBTV’s internal Audience Development, Social, Content Acquisition and Partner Experience teams as well as cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative ways to improve client relationships and channels growth Identify strategic opportunities for your portfolio of partners to generate additional revenue streams and brand building opportunities through appearances, licensing and collaboration Drive, measure, and segment partners’ performance using key metrics Streamline and improve operational workflows to contribute to our partners’ success Other services and deliverables as as reasonably requested and assigned by BBTV VIP Talent Management Manage a portfolio of VIP creator accounts towards performance goals, including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction and business growth Work with BBTV’s Talent Management and Branded Entertainment division to identify BBTV partners to develop and deliver branded entertainment campaigns As required, identify and develop relations with marketing agencies to help create custom projects for our VIP partners and their brands Other services and deliverables as reasonably requested and assigned by BBTV

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

2 - 5 years of experience in a sales, customer service and/or business development role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or communications preferred Strong understanding of technology, new media, and social media Expertise in online video and the YouTube platform Self-motivated results driven prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proven prioritization and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Vietnamese Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships across cultures
