Lion Communications cần tuyển vị trí Project Coordinator làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

• Assist superiors in providing a comprehensive project management service to ensure timely efficiency.
• Support timely and confidentially the superiors as required.
• Draft, and project proposals as requested by superiors.
• acilitate meetings; articles, briefings schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented.
• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative department.
• Implement sales events/workshops and promotions in accordance to marketing & sales plan.
• Perform timely and professionally all correspondence to clients/partners/suppliers.
• To circulate reports, minutes and agendas for meetings.
• To liaise with Superiors on various matters as required.
• Ensure the effective management and update of all relevant databases.
• Liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors
• Submit all monthly project expenses/invoices, sales performance, and other reports to process the payment
• Assist with expense claims for superior (travel, meals, ...)
• Be amiable, professional and approachable at all times.
• Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post with efficiency required.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate.
• Some relevant skills or experience that would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Detailed oriented person, motivated by multi tasks & able to meet datelines
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality on daily basic -
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
• Foreign language(s): Vietnamese & English
