- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals - Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy - Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes - Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes - Working with colleagues to develop strategy direction for a campaign - Proactively suggest new means of developing and understanding the brand - Collaborate with internal team to identify strategic needs, strategic ideas, and lead all aspects of strategic planning on preparation of new pitches - Give the exact proposition & strategic directions to the team - Monitor cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions.

- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner - At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planner role at Digital agencies - Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Digital Industry - Work independently and look at both the big picture and details - Strategic mind - Logical thinking
