• Build, lead, and work of the creative team in the production of all marketing marterial

• Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

• Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content.

• Collaborate with the account, planning in developing communication plans analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.

• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape

• Oversee client pitches and proposals

• Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art, copywriters.

• Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

• Deliver original branded content ideas to stand out in the industry for creativity and relevance in line with local market insights and consumer landscape.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.

• At least 5 years of working experience as respected leader in Multichannel content creation and advertising with strong knowledge in the Vietnamese Digital market

• Passionate and highly proficient in visual storytelling

• Highly proficient in creating concept of channel/show and developing concepts to multi- platform content. Adaptive to the evolving online environment, digital content and branded content

• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
