We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while supporting our employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for office, project, and field staff positions.
• Source candidates through various online and offline recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment documentation and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track recruitment progress and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Support new hires throughout the onboarding and probation period.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for agency, marketing, retail, FMCG, or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in mass hiring or project recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
