1. Client Management & Business Growth

- Serve as the primary client interface, translating business requirements and growth challenges into actionable technology solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying and unlocking new business opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop proposals, lead client presentations, and drive commercial closure.

2. End-to-End Technology Project Management

- Own and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Design implementation frameworks including operational workflows, user journeys, system logic, and data integration.

- Oversee budget allocation and ensure project efficiency and ROI.

3. Operational Coordination & Performance Control

Monitor system performance during live deployment to ensure optimal user experience and operational stability.

- Work closely with the Tech team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time

4. Performance Reporting & Optimization

- Track, analyze, and report project performance against defined KPIs.

- Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights and execution learnings.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.

- Proven experience in technology or MarTech projects, preferably within agencies delivering technology solutions.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking with a good understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.

- Professional proficiency in English.

- Strong capabilities in solution consulting, presentation, and negotiation.

Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
