A. Main Objective:

Account Manager in our Agency BU. Lead integrated Digital Marketing strategies, manage high-level client expectations, and optimize customer lifetime value through breakthrough creative solutions.

B. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Account Leadership

• Directly provide comprehensive 360-degree Digital Marketing solutions: from Social, Content, Creative to Performance Marketing based on clients’ real business challenges.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with high-level management (Brand Managers/Marketing Directors).
• Proactively research the market and competitors to propose new initiatives and expand collaboration (Upsell/Cross-sell).
• Manage client expectations, proactively resolve complaints and conflicts, and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires

2. Quality & Performance Oversight:

• Approve the strategic direction of proposals and media plans before submission.
• Oversee KPI and ROI systems through reports from AMs, ensuring campaigns remain on track and achieve committed goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues, risk management, or communication crises.
• Monitor campaign health in real time; identify risks early and adjust execution accordingly.
• Lead all project meetings and post-mortem reviews with internal teams to continuously optimize processes and address performance gaps throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Business Growth & Finance:

• Take direct responsibility for revenue targets and profitability (P&L) of the assigned account portfolio.
• Strictly manage contract processes, acceptance tests, and ensure timely debt recovery.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• University graduate majoring in Advertising/ Marketing/ Digital/ Communication or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 05 years in a Digital Marketing Agency environment, with at least 02 years at a Senior level.
• Deep understanding of the Digital ecosystem (Social Media, Search, Display, KOLs/Influencers, Creative Content). Strong strategic thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Excellent “sales-closing” presentation, high-level negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details.
• Excellent communicating, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
• Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for direct collaboration with regional offices and international clients.
