We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive people strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional with strong experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment, employer branding, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner closely with department heads to build high-performing teams and strengthen company culture.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and continuously improve HR processes and policies.
• Analyze HR data and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the HR team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven workplace.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in an HR Manager or Head of HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR Strategy, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development.
• Experience in Marketing Agencies, Advertising, Technology, FMCG, Retail, or Service industries is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage.
