This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while driving revenue growth for the company's technology solutions. The Business Development Executive will actively acquire new clients, understand business needs, and deliver value-driven solutions that support long-term partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and market research.

  • Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in commercial negotiations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and implementation.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through new customer acquisition.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Executive, or related roles.

  • Experience in MarTech, SaaS, Digital Agency, FMCG, Retail, or technology-related industries is a plus.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
