We are looking for an experienced HR Operation Lead to oversee and continuously improve our HR operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, labor contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, attendance, leave, and statutory insurance.
• Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company policies.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, databases, and employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and operational dashboards for management.
• Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and department managers to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
• Lead and coach the HR Operations team while driving continuous process improvements.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll, compensation & benefits, social insurance, and HR administration.
• Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Marketing, Agency, Retail, Technology, or Service industries is an advantage.
• Good command of English is preferred.
