Mô tả Công việc

Design Execution

• Support the Creative team in designing social media posts, digital banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in creating layouts, adapting Key Visuals, and resizing creative assets for multiple platforms.
• Prepare simple visual concepts, moodboards, and design references based on creative briefs and team direction.
• Revise and optimize design assets based on internal feedback while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account teams to ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Organize design files, project assets, and maintain proper documentation for ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media content, and AI-assisted creative tools to continuously improve design quality.

Corporate Tasks

• Perform other design-related tasks assigned by the Creative Lead or Line Manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Final-year student, fresh graduate, or less than 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• A portfolio demonstrating personal, academic, or freelance design projects.
• Familiarity with Figma or AI-assisted design tools is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (including a 1.5-hour lunch break).
• Allowance for Trainee: VND 4,500,000 per month.
