1. JOB PURPOSE

The Account Executive connects clients with Markus's internal teams (Booking, Planning, Creative, Media) to run influencer marketing campaigns day to day – from brief to report – on time, within scope and within budget.

 2. JOB DESCRIPTION

2.1. Client service

• Receive client briefs and clarify objectives, KPIs, timeline and budget for influencer / KOL / KOC campaigns
• Keep clients updated on progress; handle feedback and change requests during execution
• Prepare quotations, contracts, acceptance records and other project paperwork with clients

2.2. Campaign execution

• Build and track campaign timelines; work with the Booking team on KOL/KOC shortlists, briefs, content review and posting schedules
• Review influencer content against the brief and brand guidelines before sending it to clients
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting and logistics between clients and influencers
• Spot risks early (late posts, content issues, cancellations) and escalate them with a proposed solution

2.3. Reporting

• Collect post links, results and evidence; compile campaign reports (reach, views, engagement, cost per result)
• Share learnings with the team to improve the next campaigns

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1.  Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field

2. Experience & Skills

• 2 - 3 years in an agency Account role, with hands-on experience running influencer / KOL / KOC campaigns
• Good understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and of the KOL booking workflow (shortlist – brief – review – posting – report)
• Able to run several campaigns at the same time and keep timelines, budgets and documents under control
• Clear written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel / Google Sheets
