- Implementing promotion plans, launching product, & all activities in market for RR/MER/PG - Managing the team to achieve growth and hit Shipment targets. - Monitoring, leading, coaching the team to improve their performances, to enhance their skills in achieving the shipment target. - Evaluating the performance of RRS/MER/BA-BC & UBER. - Supporting RO team to deal with daily problems at mall (shipments, merchandise, promotions,...). - Managing & Mantain POSM at mall, keep tracking with vendor to install/adapt POSM. - Quaterly & monthly meeting with KAM to achieve KPIs. - Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new product. - Working with buyers to excute promotion plans, Postmail / PWP / SMKT ... - Working closely with Buyer to solve issues at store & support in the urgent cases. - Distributor management. - Channel management.Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- 3+ years of experience. - Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities - Ability to work under high pressure - Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic; a quick learner - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ect.)Chế độ & Phúc lợi
