II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the team in developing insight-driven strategies for our clients. This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, and passionate about consumer behavior, branding, and advertising.

III. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Planning Intern, you will:
1. Research & Consumer Insights

- Conduct market research (category trends, consumer behavior, competitors, industry reports).
- Analyze cultural trends & social listening to uncover insights.
- Assist in gathering and synthesizing primary and secondary data to support strategy development.
2. Strategic Thinking & Creative Briefing
- Support the team in developing brand strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in writing creative briefs that inspire the creative team.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure strategic consistency in campaigns.
3. Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and compile insights from social media analytics, digital trends, and consumer feedback.
- Prepare competitive analysis reports to benchmark brand positioning.
4. Presentation & Internal Support
- Assist in preparing client presentations, strategy decks, and new business pitches.
- Support the team in workshops, brainstorms, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Final year students or those with less than 1 year of experience are much preferred
- Creativity, teamwork, and strategically integrated thinking are key skills for this role.
- Solid knowledge of and passion for culture and the advertising, media, and marketing industries
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
- Have a can-do attitude and be open to new challenges
