2. JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Booking Intern who supports the booking team in sourcing, contacting, and coordinating with KOLs, influencers, and other talents to ensure smooth project execution. This role assists in maintaining the talent database, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring all booking-related activities are delivered on time and in line with project
requirements.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Booking Intern, you will:
- Gather information, request quotations, and coordinate schedules for KOLs/partners.
- Support in listing, updating, and managing the KOL/partner database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure bookings are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist in checking, tracking contract execution, payment, and other related paperwork.
- Assist in sourcing, contacting, and working with KOLs, influencers, MCs, artists, actors, models... according to project requirements.
- Help prepare standard forms, contracts, reports, meeting minutes, checklists, etc.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and filling physical and digital documents.
- Handle paperwork for contracts and acceptance with clients.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace...).
- English skills: reading, and writing.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and marketing-oriented.
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with colleagues and clients.
