ABOUT YOUNET AM

YouNet AM, a member of YouNet Group, is a People Media Marketing Agency pioneering the Perception Advocacy Marketing (PAM) approach. PAM helps brands transform Product Truth into Social Truth through trust systems activated by People Media. Instead of treating influence as short-term amplification, YouNet AM designs advocacy systems that help brands become understood correctly, preferred naturally and trusted sustainably within social environments.

Currently, we are looking for an Junior Sales Admin.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Paperwork Process Implementation

• Support preparing contracts with clients/vendors, secure information and documents related to payment to clients/vendors.
• Follow up on quotations, contracts, invoices, and payment progress with clients and vendors.
• Create, update, and maintain contracts, operational documents, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Account, Procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues related to services, assets, contracts, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales and operational documents are completed on time.

2. Operations Support

• Maintain operational trackers, CRM, Logwork, and reports.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
• Assist the line manager with operational coordination and other assigned duties.

3. Internal Support

Assist in organizing internal events and activities to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education

• Bachelor‘s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field. Other degrees will also be welcomed based on necessary aptitude and growth potential.

2. Experiences & Knowledges

• At least 1 years working experience in Operations/Sales Admin role.
• Understanding of the media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.
• Experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Entertainment company is a plus.

3. Skills 

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
• Outstanding attention to detail, cautious and responsible
• Able to build report and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues & partners
• Strong organizational and data management skills.

• Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
