ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Collection & Processing (65%)

Collect, process, and validate data from multiple online and social platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability for client use.
AI-Driven Data Intelligence (Future Development): In addition to traditional data handling, you will be guided to adopt and experiment with AI-powered methods, including prompt design and AI-assisted classification, with the goal of building more efficient, scalable workflows.

2. Project Management (15%)

Manage your own portfolio of projects with minimal supervision, while supporting cross-team initiatives to optimize data processes and knowledge sharing.

3. Client Servicing (15%)

Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables are aligned with expectations.

4. Other Responsibilities (5%)

Support the Data Lead in improving workflow efficiency, contribute ideas for innovation, and participate in training or mentoring interns.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related in Data Analytics

Skill:

Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their operations.
Skills in data analysis and basic report generation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and meticulousness.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience:

Experience in social data processing is a plus

Others:

Nice to have: English ~ TOEIC 800
