Mô tả Công việc

A. Service Vendor Management

• Identify and manage service vendors supporting US market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Affiliate creators
  • MCNs
  • Livestream agencies
  • Content production partners
  • Media agencies
• Maintain vendor database and service capability mapping.

B. Campaign & Service Execution

• Translate client briefs into executable service plans.
• Coordinate Affiliate, Livestream, Video, and Media campaigns.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and service quality.
• Ensure execution aligns with client objectives and budget.

B. Vendor Communication & Documentation

• Track vendor KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Act as the daily contact point with assigned vendors for operational follow-up.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and service quality.
• Recommend vendor optimization and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain vendor information, contact lists, service scope, pricing details, SLA documents, and working process documents.
• Support the Service Manager in collecting quotations, comparing vendor options, and preparing service proposals.
• Assist with contract, invoice, and payment documentation when required.

C. Operational Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare weekly operational reports for internal review.
• Flag delays, risks, and recurring issues to the Service Manager or Cross-Border Lead.
• Support data consolidation for cost tracking, vendor performance, and service improvement.

D. Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Account Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support campaign readiness by checking service timelines and vendor preparation.
• Assist in internal process improvement projects and service playbook development.

E. Process Improvement

• Identify repetitive operational issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Help standardize templates, trackers, SOPs, and communication flows.
• Contribute to building OnPoint's scalable Cross-Border operating model.

F. US Market Intelligence

• Research TikTok Shop US ecosystem.
• Track creator trends, content trends, platform initiatives, and consumer insights.
• Share recommendations with Account Management and clients.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 1–3+ years of experience in vendor management or marketplace service operations (Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, Livestream, Creator Economy, Media Agency).
• Experience working with eCommerce service providers is strongly preferred.
• Experience in cross-border commerce, marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and daily operation tracking.
• Good understanding of operational SLA, service costing, contract terms, and vendor performance management.
• Strong English communication skills, especially for working with US-based partners.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
